Secure space and encryption (SSL)
Security on the internet is critical to many operations, especially those concerning financial transactions. Seven software have set up many sites taking payments online, and integrating with banks systems, and so have many years of experience in making sites and systems secure and and safe from hackers and fraudsters.
 If you have a requirement for security or secure space (commonly referred to as SSL) then please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can provide 128bit secure SSL space for your website. Each site wishing to use secure space must purchase what is called a ‘secure certificate’ which are valid for 1 year.
These secure certificates verify to your browser that the site is secure. We can install such certificates signed by Rapid SSL, one of the largest providers of certificates for £150.00 + VAT / year.
Please note, if you are using a payment provider that host the card taking facilities for you(client interface), you do not need secure space. unless you are using HSBC secure who also require that you have such a certificate.
