Order status emails

With 7Soft customer service and order tracking couldn't be easier. To save you time but also ensure that your customers get the best possible service the 7Soft website management software will send an automated email to your customer to provide them up to the minute information on the status of their recent order. An e-mail will be dispatched to verify that payment has been successfully taken from the customer. There will be an additional email dispatched when an order has been successfully processed, and also when the item has been sent. The e-mail that is dispatched when the item is shipped to the customer will contain both the shipping and delivery details of the client's package. Parcel Tracking details are also sent which will allow them to track their package online via their chosen courier's website.
