Month 1

We start off with an initial “Client Discovery” telephone consultation with a consultant which would typically be up to an hour depending on your requirements.

During this initial consultancy we will discuss your vision for your business. This is a vitally important element in getting your web business moving in the right direction. Quite often during this discovery a client can recognise potential areas that they had not even considered previously and also it helps uncover the big no no’s so you can avoid the mistakes before they happen.

Depending on your business, discovery can include the following subject headings in no particular order:

• What you want (what is your vision)?
• What is your target customer looking for (not necessarily what you may think)?
• Competitive Analysis (who are your competition – weaknesses etc.)?
• What is the purpose of your site (product or service sales or lead capture perhaps)?
• Who are your target customers?
• Corporate Identity
• What is your USP (unique selling point or product offering)?

There are a lot of deeper process centric and advanced subjects that can be discussed but these would be beyond the scope of this initial consultancy.

The success criteria here is to get you productive, indexed where required and on the road to success in the shortest possible time frame.

Once we have conducted the initial discovery consultation we can start to work on your own personal blueprint for success.

We will supply you based on our discussion and your needs and wants, a list of around 100 key phrases that customers are actually searching for in your particular target market (sometimes this will be more and sometimes less depending on market).

Your keyword list will by no means be the be all and end all of your key phrases but will give you a solid foundation to work from and will also give you a good idea of what people do actually search for in your market place which in many cases is totally different to what may be originally perceived.

This list will also be used for our copywriting service so we can write some good quality unique search engine friendly pages with content the search engines are actually looking for.

Months 2 - 6

We will start your link building strategy for you to get your website noticed by Google which will include 200 home page submissions and 40 targeted anchor text links per month which will typically be to both your home page and secondary deep link submissions to a number of other pages in your site depending on individual needs as assesed in the client discovery phase.

Quality in-links and deep links will massively raise your websites profile, drive more bots to index your pages and start to drive your site up the rankings for your chosen key words.

We would recommend that in order to accelerate the growth of your web business and give you a faster road to success, that you combine month one and two and start your linking strategy ASAP.
