Email Alterations

If you have been directed to this page it means your email set up needs to be altered.

1. In your email Program please ensure that the SMTP and POP3 Settings are NOT mail.7soft.co.uk but the the following format: mail.yourwebsite.co.uk (replacing the yourwebsite with the actual domain of your email/website address)
Please Note that if your POP3 and SMTP settings have been set to comply with your Interent Service Provider (ie mail.btconnect.com) then we recommend you leave these as they are.

2. Alter your username to the following format example - info+yourwebsite.co.uk (replacing info with the name of the email address and yourwebsite.co.uk with the name of your email/website address)

The rest of your settings will not need to be altered.
