Our unique payment processing system that forms a major part of our back office order management allows you to perform multiple checks to protect against card fraud and provides a status report for the transaction. From the 7soft control panel you can also refund payments securely if the need arises.
Individual products can also be tracked throughout the order process via their own unique serial number. This allows you to trace an item directly, update your stock control automatically and monitor individual components of the order if any part of it is returned by the customer. Shipping and delivery is automatically integrated into your business website, allowing the customer to select their required level of shipping and immediately see the cost of the option they select. This information is then featured throughout the order details to ensure that the product is shipped as the customer requires.
Our back office order management system is designed to make your life much easier by routinely generating reports to keep you updated whenever you require information. With each order a tracking number is generated and then provided to the customer via an automated email. At the end of each day a report on all orders for shipping is created for both your records and as a manifest for your selected couriers.
